We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage appointments, provide and improve your care, and meet our professional and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Health information
Health information is sensitive information under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We collect it only with your consent and only where it is reasonably necessary for your treatment, and we store it securely.
Disclosure
We may share information with the practitioners involved in your care and with service providers who help us operate (for example, our booking provider), under appropriate confidentiality arrangements. We will not disclose your information for other purposes without your consent unless required by law.
Storage & security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
